Finally, an original, and funny question (in a sad sort of way). I would have to say I am the leader because any government official would either shoot the alien or hide it in some desert in New Mexico, while at the same time declaring a war on "aliens".

A very good question. We do not really have a leader. We have an ego driven maniac in office. Bushy would label the alien as a terrorist and start and inter-gallactic war.
Maybe we could take the Alien to Billy Graham. At least he is a moral leader.

Seriously ask yourself, what the chances are of you every being approached by an Alien from another world.
On the other hand, if you were approached by an alien from another country, you could direct them to the Immigration Department.

I know that alient talk to Bush every day and tell him what to do with those Arabs/Muslims. So, there will be NO reason I take them to Blank. He is already one of them
