i work at a tanning salon so you would think i would know this kind of crap. but it's just this one spot maybe like a centimeter by a centimeter, and i really want it to go away and be tan like the rest of my body. any suggestions?

I would take it as as sign to find another profession. I would imagine cancer in your future to be a good career changing event.

just keep tanning and soon all the cancerous lumps will hide it.

use a self tanner in the spot. or mouturize like hell
