Check with some of the elderly people in your neighborhood and ask if they have any odd jobs you can do for pay. Also if you are mature enough and your parents allow it maybe you can babysit for a close by neighbor. Maybe make up some flyers and hang them in the grocery store. Good luck!

paper route
wash cars
run errands for neighbors
walk people's pets
shovel snow(if it is the season)
Look in the paper and see if there is any thing that you can do in the want ads.
Go to construction sites and see if they need you to do some odd jobs for them.
Go to restaurants and see if they want some one to take out the trash or something.
