They broke it off before she was diagnosed with breast cancer. They still remain friends, however. He is a great support for her and is helping her find the right doctor and whatnot since he has been through cancer before.

As i am going to bear in mind Lance had left Sheryl before she informed the typical public she had breast maximum cancers, yet perchance she had already informed him. Who is conscious? no one is conscious why they quite broke up, yet i'm hoping they're both happy with what they're doing and with who they're with now.

No, why wouldn't he, especially if it's something he's already been through and could be supportive about it? I read that she found out after they were already broken up.
