u can import your designs in microsoft word with some details and explains about them and send them the doc file
or make a free webpage or blog and put your pics URL there

Depending on the nature of your work, I would send them samples in pdf or any other format as an attachment to an email.

Use a scanner to put into digital form. Add your sig or copyright. Email.

do you have it in digital form? If not you will need to take a picture of your work with a digital camera, or use a scanner.

Get em in JPEG format through a scan, picture, etc... if they arent already and Email em.

Simply attach it to your email. If you've got a lots of files, you can zip them all into one file to attach to your email.
