Recently, Men's Health magazine did a survey to find the happiest city in the US, by studying such things as antidepressant sales, suicide rates, and such.
Here's what they came up with for Happiest Cities in the US (or more correctly: Least-depressed Cities in the US):
1. Laredo TX
2. El Paso TX
3. Jersey City NJ
4. Corpus Christi TX
5. Baton Rouge LA
6 Honolulu HI
7. Fresno CA
8 San Jose CA
9 Lincoln NE
10. Bakersfield CA
Philadelphia was found as most depressed city in the US, followed by Detroit.
Of course, this is only one magazine's survey, by studying unhappy people (depression medicine sales and suicides).
