No, it's the small tell tell signs which everyone has, similar to a man/women who wants to flirt too.
Just by looking at them you can undersatnd the signs, all this does not come cheap, it needs experience on either practical, discussion, reading etc.
Some could just look at someone and identifier whih angle to approach someone and have her after knowing them, the time can be anything form minutes to weeks.
