Hmmmmmmm that's a toss up.
In Germany there's the Romantic Road. That was very pretty. The road through the Black Forest was stunning.
The Pacific Coast Highway from WA to CA is fabulous.

The Road to Hana in Maui. It's got beaucoup twists and turns around a rainforest. Some call it the Highway to Hell, but I love it. I just wouldn't recommend doing it on a motorcycle like we did.

The Lighthouse Route from Chester through to Lunenburg in Nova Scotia. It hugs the coastline and is dotted by fishing villages, historic homes and views that are out of this world.

The Blue Ridge Parkway. It runs through several states but I traveled on it in North Carolina.
