At the rate the ice shelves are disappearing, the caps melting, and the climate warming, I'm guessing it will be prime real estate in about 15-20 years. Get it now - before it's hot!

LOL. Give yourself a pat on the back for being a forward thinking young man. Downside to that is the rate the ice caps are melting, what you may be projecting to be ocean front will likely be ocean floor in the next century.

Problem is estimating what plot of land will be ocean front since much of it will be under water.
