You stay home. You go onto Y! Answers for a bit, but then you decide it would be more fun to clean your room out and look at your old yearbook and call some friends.
or you ask one (and only one) of your best friends over - assuming that isn't against the rules.

find something to do. Play a game, read a book, get on the computer, run around outside, play with pets, if you have them, clean the house, do the dishes, clean your room, clean the bathroom. The list goes on and on.

you keep your butt home. find something to do inside that will past the time. (something legal and won't harm you). I am sure they've got a reason they don't want you wondering the streets.
