Only 1, Linda Purl. When Purl left the series in 1987, they brought in other young actresses, but they did not play his daughter.

Marvinator's got it. There were other female attorney characters, but only the first one, played by Linda Purl, was supposed to be Matlock's daughter.

Charlene was played by two actress and then his other daughter Leanne, who joined the cast later after Charlene left, was played by only one actress.
