Depends on the e-mail program you are using, but normally there is a way to click a message and add the sender to a "Spam" or "Blocked" list. After that you will not continue to get messages from that address.
If you repost with the e-mail you are using, someone may be able to give you detailed instructions for that email.

Most email from businesses come with a link that will erase you from their mailing list, click on it, problem solved. If the email is from an acquaintance that you don't wish to hear from, mark it as 'spam' or 'junk' and all future mailings from that person will be directed to your junk folder.
