Do you brush them 3x a day like its recommended?

Once a day. Have all my life. I'm 51 and no cavities. My dentist said I had a perfect set of teeth. Once a day.

I always brush them in mornings and evenings. Sometimes (mostly on weekends) I brush them in the middle of the day too, but on working days I don't.

but maybe after seeing your teeth the doctor would have recommended 3!

I BRUSH MY TEETH TWO TIMES A DAY. IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE I GO TO BED. I THINK THIS WOULD BE COMMON WITH MOST PEOPLE. MOST PEOPLE ARE AT WORK DURING THEIR LUNCH TIME. THEREFORE THEY EITHER GO OUT TO EAT SOMEWHERE OR THEY BRING A LUNCH TO WORK.
