Yes, it's a problem, but there's a solution. First, take a long hot shower so that things hang very low. Dry off and lie down on your bed. Now, smack yourself in the balls as hard as you can at least ten times. That should fix you right up.

No this is not at all any problem this is general thing a ball may not be same the another, But if this is seems much small then please take a suggestion from a doctor. But I think this is normal, you don't worry about this.

No its not a problem. Symetric bodies does not exist. If you get a change in feeling - like a "heavy" feeling in the one - that should get you to the doctor though

yes there is a problem....lets be real here man, if one of your ears was lower than the other one, you would know something is wrong with you...apparently your testicle had a mild stroke and it is suffering a stage of paralysis...go to the doctor a.s.a.p, get that checked out

No, your testicles are normal. Either one hang lower or hang equally low are fine.
