Depends on if you like shojo, shoju or whatever.
My personal favorites are: Fushigi Yuugi, Inuyasha, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Full Metal Alchemist, Petshop of Horrors and many many more
Movies: Graveyard of Fireflies, Vampire Hunter D *orig and Bloodlust*, Golgo 13, Wicked City,Bastard! *yes, I have my hentai side ^_~* and many more
