a governor is on a vehicle for the purpose of slowing it down,,and it also keep,s the engine from over reeving it also keep,s the speed down,these usually are found on company vehicle,s,,fork lift,s,,and big rig truck,s have them also,,they will not allow a motor to go beyond a certain amount of RPM,s,hope this help,s you.

never heard of it, are you sure thats what its called?

a valve opens and closes so that can can either get in or get out of our combustion chamber.

a govener regulates how fast your car will go at top speeds. it kicks in at a certaint rpm, in a certaint gear.
