Power point is a slide show presentation software.
Other than buying it you can't (legally) get it. But the software OpenOffice.org includes not only a presentation software, but also a word processor (similar to MS Word) and a spreadsheet program (similar to MS Excel). It is also free and available at http://www.openoffice.org/

power point is a piece of software for making slideshows and presentations. being a piece of software, there aren't many places (i.e. none) you can get it other than the software itself.
if you meant other than buying it, there are equally few, because microsoft is VERY protective of their profits etc.... there are all sorts of registration and verification systems to make sure it's legal

Power point is a product of microsft office it is basically designed to give slide shows and other software you can get is macromedia flash which you can downlod it from the net itself
