Are you sure you don't have appendicitis? If you haven't seen your doctor, I wouldn't self-medicate a pain on my right side. If you know what it is, I find Advil to work well for most things or your doctor could prescribe something.

You need to GOTO EMERGENCY ROOM NOW. AVOID ANY PAIN KILLER IT WILL MAKE MATTERS WORSE.
