It seems every morning, people on the road find fun new ways to drive me insane on the way to work. Between pulling out right in front of me and then braking, driving 55 in the fast lane next to a semi, and of course, incorrect use of turn signals, it seems the people where I live don't know how to drive safely. So, what's your pet peeve when driving?

Not using directional signals.
Yacking on the phone instead of paying attention to the road.
Not putting on headlights in inclement weather or at dawn and dusk.
People who fail to realize the left hand turn yields to ALL oncoming traffice (including right hand turns) unless they have their own light.
People who fail to realize that the speed limit is a maximum limit, not a minimum.
People who fail to realize that the passing lane (not fast lane) is for passing those wishing to travel below the speed limit, not a license to exeed the speed limit.
These dumb kids that force their idea of music onto others by turning it up so loud in the car, that you can hear it coming from a mile away and it kills your ears if they are right next to you!
Just to name a few.

First, the left lane is the Passing Lane. By calling it the fast lane people feel they can just sit in it because they are going "fast enough". It is the passing lane. If you are not currently passing another car, get out. I drive 80 and I'm in the right lane until I need to pass someone.

My biggest pet peeve when I'm driving is following a vehicle who's make/model didn't have turn signals installed that year!! LOL
I also can't stand it when drivers trun out in front of me (I have to hit the brakes hard) and then up the road maybe 1/2 mile, they turn off. Geez!

I hate all of those things, as well as following slow old people, when I'm already late to where I need to be. I also hate when people bob and weave on the freeway, as if getting 5 cars ahead is going to make all the difference in the world in the grand scheme of things. People passing me in the slow lane, when I'm following behind someone in the fast lane, who happens to not know the meaning of 'fast'

When I accidentally am in the wrong lane, and some punks wont let me back in to the lane and keep speeding up so I cant switch in. That causes me to sometimes take an un-suspected free-way detour. I let in people into my lane all the time, THEY SHOULD DO THE SAME!
Hey and thanks about your world of warcraft response... whats ur email i have a few more questions? or yahoo IM?

People driving too close behind me! I really hate that, especially since I had an accident when the driver behind me couldn't slow down in time. Keep your distance people!
