um, I know the meaning of compromise, thanks for the lesson though.

Me: Given up... extreme sports, video games, "man" shows and movies, fighting and unruly behavior, wearing dirty clothes, eating food in bed,
Her: Flowered bedspreads, recreational drugs, having a clean garage,
What we've gained for our compromises....a friend, confidant, lover and the satisfaction in knowing it will never end

I compromised to have sex as many times as she like
AND
I compromised not to travel as often as I used to do earlier because she doesn't like to travel as much as I do.

I do the dishes, he does the laundry. We assign holidays to different members of the family (we actually have a Christmas schedule) We are both open to new experiences and will try most anything once. If either doesn't like it, we won't do it any more.

i take it day by day. but usually on what movie to go to or where to eat, stupid things like that. i guess they add up.
