Ok, hi, firstly when ever I close my eyes my right eye gets this weird like.. discomfort tingly feeling. And when I close my eyes and make my eyes after a few seconds and make them stay still it does not hurt, and when I blink it kind of hurts. I wear contacts and when I have them in there is no pain whatsoever even blinking and closing my eyes etc. I clean them daily so that isnt the problem. Why is my right eye feeling this way? How do I fix it?

You should go see your optometrist. This is too major for a general practicioner - they do not usually have slit lamps to help them examine your eye - and too minor for an ophthalmologist who would rather spend their time with more complicated cases.
Most likely you got something in your eye and it either did scratch your cornea or is still under your eyelid. When you blink, your eyelid scrapes against this disrupted portion or whatever is stuck scrapes against your cornea, explaining why it hurts when you blink and why it stops when you keep your eye shut. The contact lens essentially acts like a bandaid, which is why it doesn't hurt when you are wearing it.
Your optometrist can make sure you have not damaged your cornea - which could lead to an infection if not treated properly. And they can irrigate your eye if needed to flush out whatever may be causing the irritation.
Good luck!

See your general practicioner first.
I once had one eye completely sealed up and assumed I had something inside it. It turned out I had an alergic reaticon and needed a shot of cortizone. It was cleared up in about 24 hours.
You may have a mild version of that. also ibuprofen and warm damp cloth over your eyes helps reduce swelling. If it is minor you might try that.

Maybe you scratched your cornea. You need to see your opthamologist for a prescription.
