First you must encode and compress the video down to a useful size for sending over the Internet. There are several software options you can use and Divx and Xvid are 2 kinds of codecs that are readable by most computer video players. I have recorded a video to my PC, it was 60 minutes long and the initial size was 12 gigabytes, vastly too large to send across an Internet connection. So compression down to a useful size is your first consideration. I have provided a link to some software you may find useful in your endeavours. Good luck!
