Yeah I know of a website, which has a long lists of Proxy sites.
These Proxy lists are regularly updated, you can get latest proxy site addresses by visiting this website.
This website also inform you about the originating country of Proxy Server.
As well as type of proxy server, I mean whether the proxy server is "transparent", "anonymous" or "high anonymity" type proxy server.
