It's asscoiated with life's partners. Sorrow has joy, water has fire, women and men, painful and soothing. All attributes of life which it will bestow on you one way or another. Theres' no real explanation why we have to suffer to be happy. I my self had asked myself that question many times but have learned to take the sadness today for a joyous tomorrow.
