Why are you on this site, if you ask questions you basically know the answer? Is it out of curiosity, for people interaction, or are you to lazy to use google?

Sometimes people come up with really original or funny answers. It's good entertainment, and kind of an experiment in sociology.

That would depend on the question...personally I like to answer questions not ask them. If I have a question I look it up myself, that way I know what the whole story is.
Philosophical questions I can answer myself, but I just want to see what other people think. Other questions are different, so it depends on the question.

i have asked two questions. i know what to do. i just like to get someone else's opinion.
like does a teacher's name really reflect their personality, and should i study abroad or seach for an exchange program while i'm in high school or should i wait until college?
and i get to know what other's think (even though those aren't how i worded the questions exactly)

umm.. ithink its so they know what others think... they looking to see if there are anyothers who share their opinon...sometimes they might not really know the answer to their question and dont have good assment skills needed to use things off of search engines like Google...... why did you ask a question hummm?
