Mine growls too...although not very often. Eat up to 6 small meals a day. You should keep your stomach full at all times...my doctor told me an empty stomach while pregnant can invite heartburn. (and a hungry baby)

That I'm aware it is. The growling stomach is to do with digestive acids. Try eating something. If this doesn't help, find a pregnancy support site on the net. There are some great resources out there!. If that still doesn't help, please see your doctor.

my first two were the same.
i used to drink loads of water to help it.
if u are worried at all or start feeling ill go to you G.P its not worth risking hun!

Yes!!! That means your baby is hungry... You might not necessarily have an appetite but you baby does...

Are you hungry? You are probably hungry all the time. It could also be acid which is also common.
