WOW It sounds like a lecture not a question. I don't even know anyone that drives that bad...

Cheating on the wife and taxes is really bad but I would lock him up for 20 years for beating the dog

Hundreds of people don't use turn signals.

More importantly is the aggressiveness they exhibit. A hard-charging go-getter who wants certain things at a certain time, but A (bad driving) does not necessarily translate out to B (wife beating).

If anything, it is the opposite. (A wife beater is probably a bad driver)

Some of these things are just due to laziness or bad habits. Other thing yoiu list are very bad things and I think they are definite signs of anti-social behavior and a general disregard of laws and rules in general

I think aggressive drivers are more apt to be aggressive and self serving in other facets of life also even to the point of disregarding legal issues, yes.

People tend to change in their cars. They are 'invisible'.. IE, people picking their nose, doing make-up, or otherwise doing things they wouldn't want others to see. Aggressive 'road-rage' drivers may feel inconsequential and powerless in their lives, and are using 2 tons (or more) of steel to express themselves. This is dangerous, and i wouldn't ride with them. It does not necessarily mean bad behaviors in other areas, but there are people whose lives are out of control, and who are bad in all areas.
