You can use the link below to download Daemon tools and mount the .img file if you like. It is a virtual cd/dvd rom emulator.

Also if you have burning software, you can burn the .img file to a CD that way. Nero, Roxio and most other burning programs have this feature.

Okay, since you wrote that your nero doesn't burn them, I've searched for a free one and found this.
