I got the Nokia 6682 about 4 months ago and I absolutely love it. The only thing is that it has "froze" on me about 2 or 3 times. It usually happens during the night at some point, and the reason that I notice is b/c when it happens my alarm clock doesn't go off. That is the only alarm that I use to get up for work. When it is froze, I can't unlock the keys, I can't turn it off, I can't recieve calls, nothing! The only way to fix it is to physically take the battery out. My my question is for other owners....Has this happen to you? How often? and How do you fix it? Thanks so much!!

I have the phone It works just fine You might have an older Ver of the software on it Cingular stop carrying the phone because there were firmware problems with it and started selling them again when it was corrected Might wanna contact Cingular/Nokia If you only had the phone for 4 months It'll still be under warranty

Just send it down to any Nokia Care Centre to upgrade the software. Had that problem myself too.
