is it possible you slept on it wrong? when you're pregnant you have to adjust the way you sleep to accomidate the growing baby so maybe you put something out of alignment while trying to find a comfortable position.
i suggest going to a chiropracter or getting a massage. with either one make sure that you specify that you are pregnant. they use different tecniques for pregnant women.

I really think that it's always better 2 be safe than sorry. If it's something serious then at least u are doing something about it early and if it ends up being something really silly like strains or something it will at least ease ur mind and not have u worrying about what could be wrong. I dont think u should call the ambulance but I def think that u should maybe either drive urself or have some1 drive u 2 the ER if the pain doesnt go away in a few hours or if it gets any worsejust in case. Altho it does sound like ur uterus is pressing on ur nerves which is very common in pregnancy. I've had this happen many times but it has never hurt that much of my body...Usually it would only involve some my lower/mid back, butt, legs and thighs. But that's just me and every1 is different. But like I said if the pain doesnt go away after some hours or it gets worse then maybe it wouldnt be a bad idea going 2 the ER. Im sure everything is ok tho so good luck and congrats! :)

Go to the Chiropractor and get a massage. When you are pregnant, your body poduces hormones that cause your muscles to relax, which also makes your joints a little more loose than normal. It is to make the birth easier on the body. It is also very easy to throw things out of wack. Regular Chiropractic care and massage will do wonders for you during your pregnancy. And the better you feel, the better your baby will do. Good Luck!

Sounds like you slept on it wrong which will happen very often now as you will have more trouble getting comfortable. Use a heat pack on it to loosen the muscle.
An ectopic pregnancy would have pained you in your lower abdomen and I'm pretty sure you would have been in trouble sooner that 14 weeks.

there is a possibility you slept on it wrong-- but personally, i think it may be more stress related than anything else. you may not feel that you're really stressed, but being pregnant totally turns your world upside down sometimes you know?
i think you should be okay, and if your doctor doesn't seem too concerned either than you should be fine, but it's good that you're talking to your doctor about this stuff-- cuz some women don't. :\ but yeah-- i think you're fine hun, don't worry TOO much. lol. take care and congrats on the baby!!! >:)
