Yeah, DVDs have all those extras but they just LOOK so friggin' flimsy. When you spend your money on a video, you can FEEL what you've spent your money on.

I like both:
I prefer VHS's tapes because they can cost less depending on the video compared to DVD's...
And then again I would most likely go for DVD's due to it being so portable...

I def. think DVDs are better. Yeah Videos are kewl, but you have to rewind, and if your looking for a certain point, you have to forward it. Doing all that just ruins your tape after time. With a dvd you can pick exactly which point you want to start at and everything. I believe DVDs last much longer too, and they take up less space than a video does. It just seems like in these days dvds are much easier. Oh plus you can burn dvds off your computer and everything!

I thought I loved DVD until my 3 children have taken all of them and scratched them up, used them as lilly pads, thrown them in the trash, used them as frisbies and sucked on them like teethers. So from a MOMMY who has bought The Incredibles 3 times I would say ----- let me go to a pawn shop and buy a VCR Player, as my kids are CRAZY!

dvd's are nice but i cant get all my realy old anime on dvd because they never released them on it and im not going to pay another 30 bucks just to switch formats even if it did come out on dvd unless i could mail in the old vhs tape with like 5$ and they send me back the dvd version but thatll never hapen because companies are too gready and would rather change thier format evry couple of years so you have to keep rebuying evrything over and over.

DVDs don't get chewed up by your VCR though!
Unlike videos, DVDs will last forever if you look after them. Don't get worn out by playing them alot etc. GO DVD!!!!!

Is this even a question?

Videos don't have special features don't they? and you need a Tape Rewinder to watch a video again. so, i say DVD.
