i used to know a girl who was doing the same thing. an no matter how much people argued that what she was going was still sex. in her eyes. she was saving something for marriage. she would do just about anything else. including oral (give recieve), anal, handy, she would even let you rub it up and down and all around her vagina. just not in and out. she figured as long as you werent penetrating her hymen she was ok. i didnt realy care. because she was willing to do more than most other girls. so hey. whats a boy to do? right... after all, in the end... everybody happy!

I heard from another parent that this is common-- that girls are doing everything but vaginal intercourse to stay virgins but in my opinion it is just as bad to have anal as vaginal intercourse and does not make you less of a tramp if you are a teenager doing this. A virgin is one who has not had sex period in my opinion. It is a reality that teens will have sex but how about just giving each other a little hand job now and then and avoid the whole risk of getting pregnant at such a young age.

First of all I think she's already lost her virginity, come on, what's the difference. Oh wait, there is a difference, if she continues to have anal sex for a long time she can weaken the anus and rectum and have leakage. Nice, huh? Most homosexual men developer some damage in that area.

It's still sex just in a different hole. If this is her preference then I hope she is being careful. Your anus is a very dirty place. You can get infections by someone going in there. Not supposed to be so good for the anus either, health wise. Also, If he's not wearing a condom, he can get infections too.PLus, if he ejaculates inside her, the fluid may drip down at any time. So it could drip out at the mall, after she's already showered and everything..

i think that sex is sex, if she has had anal shes no longer a virgin in my eyes. Oral sex, maybe.. but anal sex is the same if not worse than vaginal. It cuases the same vaginal orgasim as well. The only thing keeping them from being completely the same is an extremely thin piece of skin.

This is grose , but its true .
I heard it on loveline ,that too much of that can make your colon start falling out.
So if she plans on only taking it in the can, for the next 10 years, she may just want to get on with it.
Your also more likely to get aids ,should you be unfortunate enough to have sex with someone whos infected.
Women and Men rarely get aids from vaginal sex.

Ann Landers once answered a question similar to this, and her response was, if a woman engages in sexual activity other than vaginal penetration she is not a virgin. Virgin means "unknown to man". I guess saving your hymen for the wedding night gives you something to look forward to.

That's not saving your virginity!!!!! What is saving virginity these days anyway???? A freakin' technicality of penis inside vagina! That is ridiculous. Sex is sex.
Tell her she might as well give it up... because there's nothing left to give anyway...

It is possible! That also happens sometime in some Latin countries like Brazil, and is a usual way to have sex, whiteout loosing virginity.
They also made oral sex for the same reason.
