Is this a joke?

What's the punchline?

It's not exactly a joke question. Apparently, some cosmetics companies do culture cells from discarded foreskins for testing. I don't have a problem with this, as it seems to be a good way to avoid testing these products on animals and maybe even humans. Male circumcision is voluntary (at least for the parents). Here's what I found in what appears to be a college course:
"Consumer outcry against the use of animals in cosmetics research has led to numerous changes in the industry. One particularly test that came under attack was Lethal Dosage50 or LD50, which involved the force-feeding of animals with cosmetics until half of the animals died. On 23 December 1980, Revlon announced that it was setting up a research project with the Rockefeller University of New York to find an alternative to the Draize Testa test in which albino rabbits' eyes where injected with shampoos to test for irritation, often resulting in blindness.
Companies continue to search for alternatives to animal testing. A January 1995 article in Self magazine reported that 40 percent of U.S. cosmetics makers had begun to test cosmetics on artificial skin rather than lab animals. In this process, cells from discarded human foreskins are cultured on a nylon mesh to form a living laboratory skin for testing."

Look, say what you want about circumcism- I was against it when I had my son 20 years ago. So I refused to have him circumcised. Now he's 20, and guess what... as soon as he turned 18 he had it done on himself. Ofcourse he has 4 piercings and numerous tatoos, which then is the mutilation?

None of them. That is a myth like the many other myths that are started each day. Like Mc Donalds using worm meal in their hamburgers. Worm meal costs about $10.00 a pound and ground beef costs $2.00 a pound. Do the math and decide if a company would waste money like that.

This is like the 6th or 7th question of yours that I've seen. You should either stop, go to a doctor, or go to a gay porn site.
