pay ppl to come do it for u if that dont work then u lay the stuff over the old stuff then u patch ur insaide with dry wall metral and patch mudd,,,,,

There isn't enough information here for me to answer. If you are installing flashing, it better be under the existing roof material or you'll have problems.

A neat trick is to use automotive spray undercoating. It can get into almost any space with the tube nozzle, and will block it up real good. A miracle cure.

H.B. Fuller make a fiberglass reinforced resin that you just paint onto the area that leaks. I can't remember what it's called, but I've used it before and it works very well.
