Well I dunno about the catcall's those guys are just arseholes.
I will say this though, and any guy who isn't lying will back me up, guys can't help but look! It's like some instinct, its not a concious thing at all, it feels like your brain just shuts off for a few seconds. I'm sure it sucks for the ladies but see it as a compliment.
Oh I'm tlaking like a couple of seconds or less here, I mean if anyone is staring for longer that's not cool. You just gotta snap out of it!

I don't think they particularly like ignorant catcalls however some ladies I know would be quite hurt and upset if no one looked at them
