Seems I need mss32.dll and smackw32.dll to play some downloaded games but i can't seem to find how to open them. It always says open with... Can someone help me please?

hullo! you are not supposed to open them
they are opened by the game itself
if the files are present in the folder where the game is installed, then the game must work
else try reinstalling

the most commen way to open the .dll is in notepad, and another program is resedit(formerly resource hacker) you can get resedit from tgtsoft.com its a free program...just be carefull on what you change! if somethings not right in the .dll your game or whatever program your trying to run wont work correctely...........i create custom themes and when i first started messing with the .dll files ......well put it this way it a trial and error thing if you dont know what your doing......hope this helps

filst of all check the requirement of the game i mean is it compatible with ur oprating system ? if yes then u can download the missing file from www.dll-files.com and then copy paste the downloaded file into system 32 directory in c drive thatsit u r done...

You shouldn't need to open them, try right click and press 'install' otherwise u can open them with notepad... but you really shouldn't because its an installation file.... try re-installing your game or run scan disk or something

Use notepd. Why you want to open them? They are system files, no .exe , .txt and etc. They ain`t openable.
