In thelawthatneverwas.com, it appears that Kentucky, Oklahoma, California, and Minnesota were four states that did not ratify the amendment, but were claimed by Secretary of State Philander Knox to have ratified the amendment.

At http://www.thelawthatneverwas.com/new/ratification.asp, there is a complete table of every state and what they did in debating the 16th amendment, such as ratified, ratified with language changes, rejected, and so on.

This is another old, old, tax scam. Beware.

The claim that the 16th amendment was never properly ratified is an old claim, and has been around for decades. It has never found to have any legitimacy in the courts, and those who refuse to pay their taxes based on it lose. They then face significant fines and penalties, as well as the possibility of prison time.

FURTHERMORE: Promoting the fact that you can avoid taxes by using this argument is a further violation of the law. The promotors of such a scheme can be and often are sentenced to huge fines, confiscation of assets, and prison time.

BOTTOM LINE: Income tax is unpleasant, but unfortunately, very legal.

I believe this. Why might want to an upstanding citizen be barred from dealing with guns even as criminals receives their fingers on one regardless of the regulation? I plan on doing slightly leisure taking pictures when I become older (if human beings can force at intense speeds in a managed ecosystem for relaxing, i'd be on the variety, thanks), and that i'm no longer attempting to be suggested that i will manage a number of a lot of risky equipment on a highway with countless human beings in all styles of climate yet no longer hearth projectiles at a paper objective from a hand held piece of kit.
