It is. If there is not a branch office locally it will be very very difficult. All transactions will have to be in the mail or internet. Perhaps a bank where you are moving to would offer you an incentive for taking your banking business to them.

You can bank from any state as long as your bank has Internet banking. You can try to find your bank in the state you are moving to as well.
