france as they were more ''romanized'' so after the fall of the roman empire they had more memories of life before the fall passed down the birth of the nation of modern france goes back to clovis being crowned. england being less romanized fell further and harder in to the dark ages they did not get the concept of nationhood till the vikings came in the 8 cent and france being closer to a nation rather than a collection of villages did not suffer the same as the british isles so france definatly the person im smart is very wrong in some ways

Of course France because : David and Victoria Beckham, The Spice Girls, Elton John, Tony Blair, Jordan, Nikkala Stott and the others Page 3 girls, Abi Tittmuss, Chantelle, Orlaith MacAllister, Peter Crouch, Wayne Rooney are britons and not french. This is simply the difference between a civilized country like France and a barbarian one.
