Without knowing the nature of your disability, it's difficult to advise a specific success strategy. In general, the greatest enemy of self-esteem is self-pity. You and I may have valid reasons for being unhappy with our lot in life, but it is self-defeating to entertain these thoughts.
Who needs you? Who could use the sound of your voice, a kind letter or e-mail, or the touch of your hand? Are people unfriendly towards you because of your disability? I know of many little creatures slated for destruction at the local Humane Society that would love to see your face. Are there others with your disability that may benefit from your life experiences? Have you experienced any medical success that can be shared?
It's not unusual for a person walking through a valley to chronicle their life, only to find that many others, sometimes millions, will pay to hear their story. Keep a journal. Who knows?
As much as I hate slogans, I think this one may be important to you: "To the world, you may be just a person...but to a person, you may be the whole world." Who needs you today? Let them know you care, and watch your "low" convert to "high" that very moment.

There a times your allowed to feel low but not for long and if possible not all day.
Your motivation must come from you saying OK bad day but there are things I might consider.
Getting myself out for a coffee and seeing other people
Get in contact with friends and say come on lets get together today
As you have not mentioned your disability there might be restriction on what you do.
Finding a good novel to read somewhere like a park
Exercise if you can
Most importantly tell yourself your fabulous .
Good luck
In a cliche "There are people who might be worse of than yourself"

I'm disabled for nearly 13yrs now and if you have a good network of friend that see you as you and not disabled then they can help you get out there and live life.My friends see me as me just because i'm in a wheelchair i'm still the same person.Being disabled is not the end of the world there are so many things that you can still do with groups with disabilities like water skiing, off-roading which i think is cool! If your really feeling low see your GP and ask for counselling i know it sounds a bit silly but talking to someone who is neutral does help and they don't judge you so you can really say how your feeling, I've done it and i'm going back for more session cos i've lost my self confidants.

dont count it as a 'disability' call it just that one of yr organs is simply not very active.
to get motivated is no big thing, but STAYING motivated is difficult.I am too going through a tough time now regarding my career decision, but I have placed myself fully on an entity called GOD. Just have faith in Him ,never think you are useless, just look forward to making others ,your parents happy. You feel this warmth from within.
You may also try your hand at writing. What are you good at? DO IT!
I maintain a journal of all my good deeds of the day,at the end of the day when you look at it,you feel you have accomplished something BIG and not let it go waste. You earn love of people whom you make happy, thats enough to keep you motivated!
SO KEEP YR HEAD UP AND SHINE THROUGH THE DAY,
YOU WILL DEFINATELY BE A CHAMP THIS WAY!

Dude, the biggest motivation in life is to have a great & positive friend. If that is hard to find, which really is in this world, then I would say go and live somewhere where there is a lot of sun. If that doesnt work out, find yourself a hobby, music is a great one to be honest. You can create everything you need because you have your beautiful mind and that is all you need in this life really.

First find out your area of interest , what things will make you feel satisfied and also what things will make your mind challenging .
Donate some time daily for that and improve on that field .
Self motivation is the best motivation . We are our best teachers , others may or may not show the right path , So explore yourself.

I start praying more about the situation. I also try to read and listening to motivating books and websites. Try to surround yourself with positive people and always remember that someone else is in worse condition so we really can't feel sorry for ourselves.
Sending you a big hug!

I try to listen to music that I'd heard at a time when I felt great and happy. For me, I listen to cartoon theme songs, some of my favorite bands, always music that keeps it light and cheery.
That usually gets my blood flowing, then I sketch away and come up with some pretty amazing desgins. Most importantly, tell yourself that your not going to be sad or upset today, and force yourself to smile, even when you don't want to.

Start dreaming about what you are capable of - don't commint to anything just yet - just dream of whats possible. Remember, it is possible for anyone to achieve an extraordinary life. The only things that hold us back are things like limited beliefs, fear, confusion, lack of knowledge. All of these things can be over come! So take your time and get excited about the future.
