I just heard yesterday that the judge has banned his confession from trial because the police violated his rights. This makes me ill. He took this little girl out of her bed in Florida-kept her in a closet for 3 days- raped her and then buried her alive. I feel he has no rights.

Trust me, once he goes to prison the inmates will make sure he gets his justice. Whatever his sentence...he is screwed.

He should be raped and buried alive! Eye for an eye! (and the way our judicial system is set up - the victims have NO rights, all the rights go to the 'assumed innocent until proven otherwise')

i understand how you feel. its a terrible thing when the police make a mistake and because of this some animal is let loose or whatever they are going to do with this piece of garbage. I'm a strong believer in our rights as citizens of this country, but when something happens like this it makes you want to throw those rights of an individual out the window. i for one believe that if the evidence is overwhelming that it out weighs your rights no matter what mistakes were made in the arrest., I for one would like to see this individual put on the streets of Kirkuk Iraq and set free......he will get what he truly deserves.

Take heart, little one. Where the justice system falls short, accidents happen in everyday life to people of that sort, when justice gets meted out in the streets by everday citizens who feel the same way that you do.
Next thing you know, he'll be found dead in his bathroom with a broken toilet plunger up is butt, like Geoffrey Dahmer.

In the USA, good or bad, we all have rights. He needs to be off the street and he will be fortunate if the prisoners don't take care of him for raping and killing a child. He will also pay when he meets his maker.

I agree... do him the EXACT same way he did her but 10 fold!! Leave him in the closet 10x3=30 days and then raped 10 times (or more).... then bury him alive!!!

I completely agree with you! Our government states that you are innocent untill proven guilty, if you confess than that means that there is no need to prove it and get that person in jail immediately.

Well everyone has rights. You should be angry at the fu**ing police. They had him already all evidence against him and then they risk violating his rights? That's just pure stupidity...

i think he should have his man hood removed and then put into a glass cabinet sealed into a prison cell wall where he should spend the rest of his life rotting looking at it!!
before people say he should die i dont agree because he should be made to suffer the sick, rotten, twisted little tw@t!!!
