Seriously do you need to know this? But yes it most likely does, its mainly water, some protein and sugar. So I would guess that gives you some energy and a little protein....So if you're that interested in its nutiritional value are you having a bowl for breakfast or something?
And there is no Urine in semen...the post before this one is wrong or an idiot. When you are ejaculating the valves that let you pee are closed.

As said, it has protein. But, it's not worth the effort as a source of any significant value since it takes more energy to produce than it could/would provide. It's sort of the same problem with cold fusion at the moment.
