i have black beads like marks on my cheeks & chin it is mole like but unhairy but not bigger than small black heads in size.which have developed since last 3 months

If these marks have appeared recently and gotten bigger in a relatively short amount of time (less than a year), then it is definitely worth getting them checked out by a doctor. It is probable that it is absolutely harmless but is worth making sure it is not harmful.

Some people get dark spots on the skin from being in the sun, or these could be freckles. If it id s big concern I would check with my physician.
