Hmm, what you are saying here, is that Victor gets the spoils. George must get the fresh stuff!
But take heart Victor, while George is eating his fresh veggies and fresh fruit, you get the yogurt and buttermilk (well someone has to drink it!!).
A lot of my favorite ethnic dishes are made with foods that have been spoiled. Sauer Kraut, cabbage rolls, perogies (we call them Wreninkje) made with cottage cheese, onions and butter, smothered in sour cream . So, then Victor can rejoice!! George, go eat a banana!
