It isn't said that the 4th hokage is his father... in the series nor the data book... it hasn't been revealed yet...
But there is a possibility that he could be Naruto's father... it is because they look like each other... they have similar personalities... and no one would ever give their child as a sacrifice... so maybe the yondaime chooses his own...

I don't think the 4th hokage is Naruto father why because on wikipedia it talks about the 4th hokage but never once do they say he is Naruto's father

The 4th Hokage sealed the Nine-Tails inside the baby Naruto.
I can't recall anyone actually saying anything about Naruto's father.

no one knows who naruto 's father is but some thinks its the 4th hokage. because the blond hair the blue eyes and sometimes people compare the in the cartoon like the perverted frog hermin jiraiya who thaugh both the 4th hokage and naruto.

Yondaime (fourth Hokage) is Naruto's father -- the author wouldn't make such a look-a-like, mysterious character without some sort of tie-in, SOMEWHERE. =)

I think he is!!!!
But there is no evidence that he really is the father of Naruto because he wasn't formally introduced as the father of Naruto. The anime and manga didn't tell that he is the father of Naruto.
