My sons headteacher is a pain she does not really think about the children. She says that the children cant have squash, chocolate biscuits, pop, or any thing with sugar in at school. All I give my son for lunch is a sandwich, kitkat, fruit, yougurt and cheese. He came home crying cause he could not eat his kitkat but the chid on the same table ate theirs and a spoke to the headteacher and she said the rules are all for the children. But obvisouly not. She keeps saying the same thing every time I ask why its different for my son. Dont think my son would lie about this situation. I could go mad with this headteacher. I have written to her on a number of times and even teachers that work there are not happy with her. What could I do as she is not listening to what im saying really.

Tell your soon he's allowed to eat whatever you put it in his lunch box. Maybe there would be a problem if you were putting pot brownies and beer in his lunchbox, but you aren't. If she dare touches your kids food then you tell her to stop being a bully and report her for stealing. Sound extreme? If this lady really wants to take candy from children then she's needs an extreme reaction from you.

You are what is known as a "complaining parent". Shut up. Just because you think your darling little angel is special, doesn't mean that everyone else does.

The kitkat thing - that's just life, he got unlucky, he got caught eating sugar and they didn't. Life sucks but it's not your sons headteachers fault - the poor woman is just doing her job.

Your son WOULD lie - he's a kid, they do that sometimes - as do adults!!!

Additional note: Your son's school is most likely on the "Healthy Schools" scheme, which would explain the ban on junk food. It's not uncommon in the UK.
