i am 16 years old and i been shy all my life!what should we talk about?and what kind of topic should we talk about!if i dont even know whats my interest in my life?

be yourself. girls like guys who act like themselves. don't try too hard to impress them. (I am a girl) Some girls find shyness very attractive...:)

are u a guy or a girl? if you're the former than juz ask her how to go about a math problem even if u know how to do it. If she says no than tell her "maybe we could work together on it".
If you're the latter, it's easier. You can always talk about girl stuff like boys, why they do stupid things sometimes, Johnny Depp etc.
Don't u have any hobbies? If u don't u can always pick one up like stamp collecting, reading, playing computer games. These hobbies have clubs. Pick up the courage and sign up.
In the end it comes down to courage. You need to overcome ur shyness coz when u get out to the workin world you're bound to meet a host of people. I was shy too until I realized I was not having fun, not enjoying my life. Now I'm happy. And hey, u might juz meet ur future boyfriend.

Hey, I think first of all you should gradually build up your confidence with attending a college course and meeting new people, you may even find yourself talking to girls. I used to be shy and I started a college course when I was 17 and I now feel more confident and stronger than ever. Although it is two years on, I'm sure you will be in the same position as me one day. Good luck and think you are just as good as anyone else!!

First you have to understand yourself than start up conversations about sports, games, funniest things in school,and what you see others do that make you laugh.
