I can't believe this question has been up for 2 hours with no reply!
Ladies, are we ashamed of our sexuality?
Ok, I guess I'll have to be the first to admit it, then maybe everyone else can feel comfortable!

Yes, I have many toys.........I use them whether I am alone or with a partner....
they (if used properly...LOL) can add some "kick" to your sex life.....or sometimes just FULFILL AN URGE for something DIFFERENT, something EXTRA, or SOMETHING YOU JUST DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO AT THE MOMENT THE "URGE" HITS YOU!!!
My favorite?........do I have to pick just one? LOL
I would say my favorite is a COMBINATION of things...a vibrating egg, a string of beads, nipple clamps......if alone...all of the above plus a dildo...
if with a woman, all of the above plus a rubber string whip, a double dong or a strap on...
if with a man, all of the above including the woman...LOL

I Love toys. They are so much fun. I use them alone and with my girlfriend. I love straps and double headers , but my favorite if I'm using it alone would be my 5 multi-speed vibrating bullet, with pulse and steady vibration. Talk about a powerful orgasm!!! I think everyone should try them, if its not for you ok but at least you'll know.

I've used a vibrator. Not the best for penetration, but strictly vibrations are good. lol.
