This is something that you may have a very serious problem with. But a lawyer is the best way to go. Since the house is yours with everything in your name it sounds like you may need a court order to remove her. As a rule no, BUT since you and her have hooked up as boy/girlfriend the situation just got complicated. GOOD LUCK.

The answer above hit the nail on the head, you are on probation for one year if you violate that probation in your trouble and all she would have to do is claim you threaten her be by your house and you will be in jail and the charges would increase why take that chance?
Hate to say it but go pay a lawyer to do the whole thing, it will cost some monies but you will be insulated from her if she charges that you tried to threaten her, do not talk with her only threw your lawyer should their be communications
You are on probation hope you understand that you are not free of the legal system in fact your PO officer has a wider range of powers b/c you are on probation then a normal person, just get a lawyer to deal with it

BTW moving in with her again was STUPID!!! IF you are charged again your first charge will be changed into a felony. IF you haven't done anything you should LEAVE! Go live with a friend or family member until this is settled. If she gets pissy and files against you - you will PROBABLY go to jail. Just leave and file against her. If the house is in your name she will be forced to leave. But you must leave the house first. Good luck.

You need to talk to a landlord/tenant lawyer. If there is no rental agreement or lease, it may be a bit complicated, but essentially you need to evict her. In many states, if you do anything outside the eviction process to get her out, she can sue you, although if she's not paying rent, it will only slow things up.

contact your lawyer again....seems you won the house in a divorce settlement..it should only be fair that the ex-wife/new girlfriend move out.
some laws in some states are not equal when it comes to domestic violence, a female abuser seems to have it easy, a male abuser allways has it tuff-do not get me wrong, any abuse from either party is not cool.
but i believe the laws should be re-vamped.
