if you stay in Uk,go to marks and spencer shop and you will get measured at the bra section or you can take a tape measure and underneath your breast measure it,but it wil be difficult cos you will not be able to know your cup size(ie A or D ),better still,go to a shop that sells bra and get measured there.cheers

The ABCD is how big your breats actually are and the 32,34,36,38 is the width of your chest cavity. (Around your chest with a tape measure)
